Lewmar H2 Horizontal Windlass, Gypsy/Drum (69600538)

A complete H-Series horizontal windlass kit with both gypsy and drum, built for one-piece installation and reliable anchor handling on boats 35' to 45'.

Use
Sized for 3/8" BBB chain paired with 9/16"-5/8" 3-strand or 5/8" 8-plait rope, this windlass handles both chain and rope rode through the same gypsy/drum unit. The integral contactor is built into the deck unit rather than wired separately, which protects it and saves installation time. The electro-polished stainless steel rode management system runs both rope and chain through the same path, and an optional manual recovery module (sold separately) lets you bring the anchor up by hand if you lose power.

The H2 and H3 share the same housing — the difference is motor power, 700W on the H2 versus 1000W on the H3 — so the H2 is the right call when your ground-tackle weight doesn't call for the extra pulling power.
