A classic, rugged deck hatch fitted to thousands of boats worldwide — the flange-base version adds a deep internal spigot for a more finished, recessed installation, and stays compatible with trim kits and roller shades.

Why It's Worth It
The flange base sets this hatch apart from its flat-base sibling: a 1" deep internal flange gives a cleaner, more finished installed look and keeps the hatch compatible with Lewmar's trim kits and roller shades — accessories the flat-base version can't use. An EPDM seal provides a fully watertight structure, and the friction lever holds the lid open anywhere between 30° and 90° without needing a support arm, with the hatch opening a full 180° for unobstructed access.

Use
Installs on a flat surface with a maximum tolerance of ±1mm. Rated for CE Area 2 use (deck, coach roof, cockpit, and transom). Minimum hull thickness 25mm, maximum 72mm. Compatible with Lewmar trim kits and roller shades, unlike the flat-base equivalent.
