A classic, rugged offshore hatch fitted to thousands of boats worldwide — the largest standard size in Lewmar's Ocean Series, with a 1" flange for a finished, recessed fit.

Why It's Worth It
At the top of the Ocean Series size range, this hatch still uses the same proven construction as its smaller siblings — anodized aluminum frame, bonded acrylic lens, friction-lever hinges holding the lid at any angle up to 95°. The flange's 1" extension into the opening keeps it compatible with Lewmar's optional trim and screen kits, and internal/external lockable handles are standard at this size for added security.

Use
Installs with a 1" flange extending into the hatch opening, with a maximum surface tolerance of ±1mm. Fastening at the hinge section uses M6 (1/4") hardware; the lower frame uses a 5mm CSK Screw No.10 UNC 2 BA. Rated for CE Area 2 use (deck, coach roof, cockpit, transom). Minimum hull thickness 25mm, maximum 72mm.
