A short 7.87" (0.2m) adapter cable that connects the Maretron CKM12 keypad to the NMEA 2000 network — the bridge between the CKM12's proprietary 6-pin connector and a standard Micro-C NMEA 2000 drop cable.

Why It's Worth It
The CKM12 keypad uses a proprietary 6-pin rear connector rather than a standard Micro-C NMEA 2000 plug — this adapter bridges that gap, converting the CKM12's connector to a standard Micro-C female port that accepts any standard NMEA 2000 drop cable. The 0.2m length keeps the connection short and tidy directly behind the panel. The adapter is also sold pre-bundled with the CKM12 keypad in the A3802-1 (vertical) and A3802-2 (horizontal) kits — order separately only if you need a replacement or an additional cable.

Use
Plug the keyed male end into the 6-pin connector on the rear of the CKM12 — press firmly until the connector latch clicks and tighten the collar. The other end provides a standard Micro-C female NMEA 2000 connection for your standard drop cable to the network. The CKM12 can be connected or disconnected from a live NMEA 2000 network without powering down.
