The built in Bluetooth feature gives the additional advantage of handsfree VHF operation, compatible with the SSM-BT-20 Bluetooth headset and additional aftermarket headset types. Prominent features include a water activated Strobe light as well as two scrambler systems built in to ensure secure communications out on the water. Other notable features include: FM band radio, Switchable daytime or nighttime mode, waypoint and route navigation, Group monitor function utilizing DSC Group position call.
