What we match
- ✓ Identical items — same brand, model, size, color, and condition
- ✓ Current, in-stock prices from known local or national competitors
- ✓ Both in-store and online prices from qualifying retailers
Not eligible
What we don't match
- ✕ Auction sites of any kind — bidding platforms, daily deal sites, or similar
- ✕ Amazon, including any third-party sellers listed on Amazon
- ✕ Liquidators, closeout sales, or going-out-of-business pricing
- ✕ Flash sales, limited-time doorbusters, or one-day-only promotions
- ✕ Pricing errors, misprints, or typographical mistakes

How to request a price match

Go to the product and select “Request Price Match”
On the product page, click the Request Price Match button to open the request form.

Fill out the price match form with the other retailer’s price
Enter the competitor’s name, their listed price, and a link or screenshot as proof. All fields are required so we can accurately review your request.

We’ll verify and respond via email to adjust pricing if qualifying
Our team reviews every submission. If your price match qualifies, we’ll send a confirmation email with the adjusted pricing so you can complete your purchase.
