Política de reembolso

Prior to returning your items you must contact Amped Up Marine for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You can return new, unopened items within 14 days after they have been delivered to you. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless stated otherwise. All shipping fees Amped Up Marine incurs for items sold and listed as free shipping will be held from the refunded amount. You may be assessed up to a 10% re-stocking fee.
If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise.
Returns will not be processed until the item is in Amped Up Marine’s possession and has been reviewed. If a returned item is found to be damaged we will not be able to refund the charge. If Amped Up Marine finds the item to be damaged and said item needs to be returned to the purchaser, all shipping fees will be covered by the purchaser.
Any items left at Amped Up Marine for more than 30 days from delivery will be considered forfeited merchandise. Amped Up Marine reserves the right to dispose of forfeited items at its own discretion.

Damages and issues 

Amped Up Marine is not responsible for packages damaged by the carrier. If damage occurs during transit, call the carrier immediately and file a claim. Retain all original damaged packaging for proof. The carrier may require inspection of the packaging. Next, contact us so we can work together to resolve any issue with the shipper.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special order items (non normally stocked item), subscription based products (EPIRBS, AIS, chart cards), lithium batteries, cut to length products (sold by the foot) and used products. 

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, paints, cleaners, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Product Warranty

All products that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty should be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. This includes new defective products. If you need our assistance in locating the manufacturers information, please contact our Customer Service

Shipping

Return shipping is at customers expense unless return shipping is provided by Amped Up Marine at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped. To cancel an order, you must contact customer service by e-mail at sales@ampedupmarine.com. If the item has been offered as free shipping any cancellation will result in the customer being responsible for the cost of shipping and any other returned shipping fee's imposed by the carrier. 

Exchange

We can offer store credit for an exchange of an item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
