SHIPPING OVERVIEW
We strive to provide you with the best customer service available. 
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

PROCESSING TIME
All in stock orders will ship same business day up to 2:00pm. Order will ship next business day if ordered after 2:00pm. If you purchase an item that is out of stock at the time your order was placed, it will be handled accordingly. Amped Up Marine will contact you and explain the current situation. We will work diligently to resolve any issue and stay in contact with the customer with any updates. Amped Up Marine is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

 
SHIPPING
Shipping will be with UPS, FedEx or USPS. 

You will be provided a tracking number on every shipment from our store. 

Orders over $1000 are shipped with a request for “Signature Proof of Delivery”. Once you have been notified that your shipment has been sent, please use the tracking information that we provided to insure that there will be an someone present that can sign for the delivery. Once an order has shipped with a requested signature we have no way of changing this shipping service with the carrier.

SHIPPING RATES
All orders ship using our $15 flat rate ground program for the Contiguous US. Outside orders will be assessed shipping rates. Shipping rates are provided by shipping providers and are non-negotiable. 

Not all items fall under the flat rate program and will be assessed higher shipping fees. 

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping on offered on orders over $1000 with exclusions (see below). Only those items will ship for free. Any other items purchased during the same transaction that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged a shipping fee. Even if that item is placed in the same box as the item being shipped with no shipping charges. All items which qualify for free shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice. Any expedited shipping will be offered at an additional cost.

There are some exclusions to our free shipping. These items will ship at a discounted shipping rate but will not be free. VHF Antennas, open array radars, trolling motors and shallow water anchors. View flat rate shipping here

NEW SHIPPING SERVICES/PROVIDERS
At any time Amped Up Marine may add or remove shipping services. At any time Amped Up Marine may add or remove shipping providers.

SHIPPING RETURNS

Products needing return are to be returned at the customers expense unless stated otherwise by Amped Up Marine.

SHIPPING RESTOCKING FEE
Products that are returned may be subject to a $20 flat rate shipping restock fee.
