This 100-pack features cross-linked polyolefin tubing that outperforms standard PVC in strength and safety—it won't ignite like PVC under extreme conditions. Heat-activated adhesive lining bonds securely to create an impervious barrier against saltwater, oil, acids, and UV radiation while simultaneously providing strain relief. Nylon insulation offers marine-grade protection against sunlight, moisture, chemicals, vibration, and abrasion damage. Tinned copper construction resists corrosion, while pure copper contacts ensure maximum current delivery. The superior shrink ratio compresses to one-third original size at 257°F, forming a watertight seal. Operating temperature range of 40°C to 110°C accommodates diverse marine environments. UL listed and CSA recognized for compliance and safety assurance.
