M364C LR-USV 30Hz Stabilized Pan & Tilt Thermal Long Range IP Camera

Designed for autonomous and remotely operated maritime systems, the M364C-USV combines thermal imaging, low-light visible imaging, reinforced mechanics, and synchronized metadata to deliver reliable situational awareness for navigation, tracking, and mission execution.

Built for Autonomy Stack Integration

Designed for direct integration with USV autonomy and mission-management software, the M364C-USV delivers low-latency command and control along with frame-aligned video and metadata to support sensor fusion and automated decision-making. Enhanced stabilization maintains reliable imagery during vessel motion and active pan-and-tilt movement, while a hardened design supports continuous 24/7 unattended operation.

Accelerated System Integration

The M364C-USV simplifies integration by eliminating the need to synchronize separate video and metadata streams. A standard SDK reduces custom development, while built-in stabilization, metadata extraction tools, and sample code help accelerate deployment of autonomous and remote vessel systems.

Seamless Video & VMS Integration

The M364C-USV integrates easily with existing video management and remote operations platforms through dual independent IP video streams, standard network interfaces, and ONVIF Profile S compliance. Aligned video and metadata improve analytics accuracy, while support for centralized monitoring and third-party VMS systems simplifies deployment within established IP camera infrastructures.

Low-Latency Camera Control

The M364C-USV includes a low-latency C++ SDK designed for direct camera integration with autonomous and remotely operated systems. Supporting Ubuntu 22.04 on ARM64 platforms, the API-based architecture enables responsive command and control, while asynchronous UDP telemetry, NTP time synchronization, and embedded metadata support accurate sensor fusion and system coordination. Clean video output can be achieved by disabling on-screen overlays, and reference examples simplify extraction and use of embedded metadata during development.

Frame-Accurate Metadata

The M364C-USV embeds critical telemetry directly within every video frame, including timestamps, camera position, field-of-view, and orientation data. Because metadata is synchronized with imagery at the frame level and delivered with a maximum delay of just one frame, autonomy systems can support accurate sensor fusion, target tracking, geolocation, and closed-loop control without requiring external synchronization.

Enhanced Active Image Stabilization

The M364C-USV features enhanced active image stabilization designed specifically for autonomous and remotely operated vessels, helping maintain a stable image during vessel motion and active pan-and-tilt operations. By minimizing image movement and preserving alignment between video and metadata, the system improves target tracking, sensor fusion, and automated decision-making, providing autonomy software with more reliable data in dynamic maritime environments.

Engineered for Continuous Uncrewed Operation

The M364C-USV features a reinforced pan-and-tilt driveline engineered specifically for the continuous motion, high duty cycles, and extended deployment periods common to uncrewed surface vessels. Designed and tested to exceed IEC 60945 shock and vibration requirements, the system delivers reliable performance in harsh maritime environments while maintaining system integrity under extreme conditions. The camera has also been evaluated for controlled failure modes, helping ensure safe operation and minimizing risk to surrounding equipment on unattended platforms.

Features:

  • 2-Axis Stabilization: 2-axis gyro image stabilization delivers a steady view during vessel motion and camera movement.

Elite Awareness with Multispectral Imaging:

  • Thermal imaging detects objects in complete darkness, glare, and light fog
  • Marine Video Analytics (MVA) object detection technology recognizes and highlights non-water objects like boats, buoys, or floating debris
  • Color Thermal Vision blends the thermal and low-light visible cameras to easily identify color details like navigational lights and navigation aids.

M364C-USV or M364C LR-USV?

The M364C-USV, with its wider field of view, meets the needs of almost all vessel applications. The wider field of view provides the best image quality underway.

The M364C LR-USV, with a narrower field of view, is best suited for stable platforms and larger vessels that require longer range performance.
