Why It's Worth It
The 5-blade composite propeller delivers genuinely equal thrust whether you're pushing the bow left or right, which matters far more than it sounds — uneven thrust makes a boat handle differently depending on direction. The cassette shaft seal eliminates the need for a top-up reservoir most thrusters require, and unlike the smallest 140TT, this size uses a replaceable anode secured with a large nut, easy to swap out in the water without hauling the boat. The gear set is specifically engineered to handle debris jams rather than just failing when something gets caught.

Use
Sized for larger boats, typically 45'-65'. This product includes the thruster unit only — a complete system requires a control panel, control cable, fuse holder, and fuse, plus the thruster tunnel, all sold separately (the 250TT/300TT range uses a 400A fuse per Lewmar's official fuse table). Connects to joystick or touch panel controls. Note: this size and range is only offered in 24V or 48V — there's no 12V version at this power level.
