Maretron FA-CM-ST Micro/Mid Field-Attachable Connector — Straight Male

A field-installable male Micro-C connector that terminates directly onto bulk NMEA 2000 cable using color-coded screw terminals — no crimping tools, no pre-made cable lengths required.

Why It's Worth It
Pre-made drop cables come in fixed lengths that don't always match what an installation needs — too short means you can't reach the device, too long means excess cable coiled up behind the dashboard. Field-attachable connectors solve that: buy bulk cable at whatever length you need, cut it, and terminate the end with this connector on-site. The color-coded screw terminals match the individual wire colors inside the bulk cable, so there's no guessing which wire goes where — just match colors and tighten the screws. Compatible with both Micro and Mid bulk cable, covering the two most common NMEA 2000 cable formats.

Use
Terminates onto Maretron Micro or Mid bulk cable using the integrated color-coded screw terminal block. Straight male orientation — the male pins connect to the female port on a device or tee. For a 90° installation where a straight connector creates cable strain, use the elbow version (ELB-CM-CF) instead. Sold individually.
