Its compact 3" diameter and single-bolt installation integrate seamlessly with pontoon boat infrastructure without requiring extensive modifications. The scratch-resistant tempered glass lens combined with hard anodized aluminum housing resists chemical degradation from acetone and solvents in demanding conditions. The proprietary gel-filled core is injected throughout the entire unit, establishing a comprehensive moisture seal that eliminates condensation and water intrusion under operational stress.
