Garmin LiveScope 2 (LVS44) Transducer

Garmin's longest-range LiveScope 2 transducer, built for anglers who want to cover open water and find fish farther from the boat.

Why It's Worth It
The LVS44 builds on the proven LiveScope Plus platform with 20% more resolution and 25% more range than the previous generation, reaching out to 250 ft. Integrated image stabilization and reduced noise keep targets sharp and well-separated as they move through the beam, so fish, bait, and structure stay distinct even at distance. Like the rest of the LiveScope 2 Series, it drops the black box — the transducer connects directly to a compatible Garmin MFD and power source, simplifying the wiring run and freeing up mounting space on the boat.

Use
Built for anglers covering more water — open water, offshore structure, and situations where reach matters more than close-range detail. Supports Forward, Down, and Perspective modes with wider sonar angles than the outgoing LiveScope Plus lineup, plus fast processing and low latency for timing a hookset off what's happening in real time. For anglers fishing tighter to cover at castable ranges, the LVS42HD is the better fit.
